PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a frame detection time required when a radio signal is received using a plurality of antennas. SOLUTION: A radio communication device provided with a plurality of AGC circuits 102k to be connected to a plurality of antennas 101n respectively, a plurality of A/D conversion portions 103k for receiving signals output from the plurality of AGC circuits respectively, and a frame detection portion 1040 connected to the plurality of A/D conversion portions, is equipped with waiting gain storage portions 106k for giving different gain values to the plurality of AGC circuits respectively during a waiting period for a radio signal, and frame optimal gain computation portions 105k for giving receiving operation gain values to the plurality of AGC circuits respectively after the waiting period for a radio signal.
