<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for advantageously analyzing species in a sample having at least one RNA specific to the species, simply, rapidly and accurately detecting, identifying and quantify the RNA. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the means for detecting, identifying and quantifying the RNA specific to the species by using a deoxylipozyme as a reagent which recognizes and cleaves a base sequential moiety of the RNA specific to the species, to the sample containing RNA and measuring the presence/absence of the cleavage of the RNA and the amount of the same in the sample. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
