PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cutter capable of preventing damage to cuticle of hair caused by hair dressing. SOLUTION: This hair cutter comprises a grip 12, a blade 32 and a heating means for heating the blade 32. Damage to cuticles of hair caused by the cut with the blade 32 can be prevented by holding the grip 12 and cutting hair with the blade 32 heated by the heating means.
