PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formaldehyde emission preventing, deodorizing and antimicrobial composition aiming at an antimicrobial effect, a deodorizing effect and a formaldehyde emission preventing effect. SOLUTION: This formaldehyde emission preventing, deodorizing and antimicrobial composition is characterized in using nitrile-based antimicrobial, pyridine-based antimicrobial, haloalkythio-based antimicrobial, organic iodine-based antimicrobial and thiazole-based antimicrobial as effective components and adding aqueous solution including amino group whose main component is urea to a composition, which is formed by further adding dry-distillation plant extract thereto.
