PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a recovering device with which waste materials are recovered in a segregated manner, a post-processing device provided with the recovering device and an image forming apparatus.

SOLUTION: The post-processing device is provided with a plurality of recovery containers 69a and 69b and a switching guide 67 which segregates punch waste ejected from a punch device 60 by the quality of the materials and collects the punch waste into the containers 69a or 69b in accordance with the quality of the materials.
