PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device capable of reducing impacts on conveyed articles during conveyance for protecting the conveyed articles with a simple constitution and a combination metering device equipped therewith. SOLUTION: The conveying device 10 for conveying an article loaded on a trough 11 to a predetermined direction comprises the trough 11 and a fast back mechanism 20. The fast back mechanism 20 is equipped with a motor box 12, first/second/third links 13a, 13b, 13c (parallel links 13), and a link member 16. In the conveying device 10, the parallel links 13 for reciprocating the trough 11 are mounted to the rear face side of the trough 11 so as to oscillate in a horizontal surface.
