摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manipulator for a robot, which facilitates checking of the state of a hand and finger tips or the state of an object worked with the hand and finger tips, improves the strength of a hand having fingers, and protects the fingers. SOLUTION: The manipulator for the robot, has a finger protector 20 which is rotatably attached to a base portion 16a of each of the hands 16R, 16L to cover an area from distal ends of the plurality of fingers 18 to proximal ends of the same. The protector 20 is turned from a position at which the fingers 18 are protected to a retreated state in which the operation and function of the fingers 18 are ensured. An arm camera section 41 having an image pickup section 41b and a lamp 41d is rotatably arranged at a front end of the protector 20. The arm camera section 41 is reversely rotated according to the rotation of the protector 20 so as to be always aimed at a constant direction.
