<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the improved rail fitting structure of an electric apparatus in which fitting and removal to and from the rail can be made simply with single-action manipulation in combination with reduction in the number of components and assembling steps. <P>SOLUTION: Engaging projections 3, 4 like eaves are formed opposing with each other in both sides of the rail 2 at the bottom surface of the cabinet of the electric apparatus 1 and a W-shape linear spring 5 engaged and supported by the cabinet thereof is also provided by pressing into the gap between the projection and bottom wall surface of the cabinet of apparatus for the engaging projection 4 in one side. The cabinet of apparatus is engaged with and fixed to the rail with a flexure spring force of the linear spring. As a supporting means of the linear spring, a projected stepped portion 6 for hooking the linear spring also works as spring receptor 7 for holding both ends of the linear spring and as rail pressurizing member, and is provided in the bottom surface side of the cabinet of apparatus.
