PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic development replenishing method of an automatic development device for a sensitive lithographic printing plate that can minimize variation in developer sensitivity with change of developing process conditions although a development part of the automatic development device has simple and inexpensive constitution as to a conductivity reference replenishment system in processing of the photosensitive lithographic printing plate having been exposed to a high-definition image. SOLUTION: The developer replenishing method includes measuring an electric conductivity of the developer in every predetermined fixed period, replenishing a replenishing developer as a replenishing amount by an amount corresponding to a predetermined setting value of replenishing amount due to aging in every fixed time, replenishing a replenishing developer as a processing replenishing amount by an amount corresponding to a predetermined setting value of replenishing amount due to processing in every processing of a plate having a fixed area, calculating an operating value of electric conductivity from the replenishing amount due to aging and the replenishing amount due to processing, and increasing or decreasing the setting value of replenishing amount due to aging and the setting value of replenishment amount due to processing based on a result obtained by comparing the calculated operating value of electric conductivity with the electric conductivity of the developer.
