PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlocking mechanism of a balancer window capable of performing in one motion an opening/closing operation in a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the both right and left sides of a balancer window in which the weight of the inside window and the outside window is made substantially equal, a folding back pulley 19 is provided turnably within the respective upper frames, a hanging wire 4 one end of which is connected to the side end edge of either one side balancer window of the inside or the outside is hooked around the folding back pulley 19 through an idle pulley corresponding to either one of the inside or the outside built in the upper frame, and further, the other end of the hanging pulley 4 is connected to the side end edge of the other balancer window through the other idle pulley.
