PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool capable of making a luminescent part easier for sighting by eyes of a fishing person and clearly discriminating that a float is pulled into water by a fish bite by attaching it to a luminescent body attached to the float and also by attaching it to an electric float. SOLUTION: By attaching a lens around the luminescent body attached to the float or around the luminescent part of the electric float, the luminescent part appears larger by the action of the lens. Also, since a structure of losing the action of the lens on sinking into the water is equipped, the sighting it by eyes from a far place becomes easier, and it is possible to discriminate that the float is pulled into the water by the fish bite instantly.
