<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base plate film for electronic display, improving unevenness of display in a using environment when being incorporated in a liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: The subject dope composition of a cellulose derivative comprises at least (a) the cellulose derivative satisfying a specific substitution degree, (b) a reactive metal compound capable of being hydrolyzed and polycondensed, (c) a metal chelate compound and/or an organic transition metal compound for the hydrolysis and the polycondensation of the reactive metal compound, and (d) a solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
