PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a power loss as much as possible when a step-up circuit is used as a power source circuit. SOLUTION: Second and third capacitors C2, C3 are connected in parallel. A first capacitor C1 is connected in series with this parallel capacitors, and a power source voltage Vdd is applied to one terminal of the first capacitor C1. And, a ground voltage 0V is applied to the one terminal of the third capacitor, and these capacitors are charged. Thereafter, the power source voltage Vdd is applied to the other terminal of the first capacitor C1, and the first capacitor C1 is connected to an output terminal 20. The first capacitor C1 is discharged. The second and third capacitors C2, C3 are switched from a parallel connection to a series connection. The power source voltage Vdd is applied to the one terminal Y of the third capacitor C3. The one terminal of the second capacitor C2 is connected to the output terminal 20, the second and third capacitors C2, C3 are controlled to be discharged.
