PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker device having a mechanism for stably fixing a tweeter unit on a supporting member. SOLUTION: The tweeter unit has a frame being one part of the supporting member, a magnetic circuit system, an upper frame, a diaphragm having an edge, and a cover. An engaging concave portion is formed on the upper frame, and a concave portion corresponding to the engaging concave portion is formed on the external peripheral edge of the edge of the diaphragm. The upper frame is fixed on the top surface of the magnetic circuit system, and the diaphragm is fixed on the upper frame. An opening engaging with an engaging claw of the cover is formed on the external periphery of the cover. A protruded body protruded toward the concave portion side of the cover is formed on the cover.
