PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a highway further over an existing highway without needing a new lot. SOLUTION: The method is based on the simultaneous progress of manufacturing and installation. An outline of construction is for the manufacturing and installation of posts, the manufacturing and installation of road side girders, the manufacturing and installation of construction scaffoldings, the manufacturing and installation of portal traveling cranes, the manufacturing and installation of road girders, and the paving work of a road girder upper face, which are a series of work contents. To realize double tracking of the new highway early, structures or the like are manufactured one after the other in a manufacturing factory, and constructions are started from a plurality of places to shorten a construction period, thus attaining early construction.
