PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle electronic instrument capable of surely preventing sinking accompanied by rattling caused by backlash of a movable panel in the upright attitude or pressing operation. SOLUTION: In this in-vehicle electronic instrument, drive force of a second motor 10 mounted on a slide base 7 is transmitted to a movable panel 4 through a second reduction gear train 16, and thereby the movable panel 4 having a touch panel type display screen 8 is turned between the tilt attitude and the upright attitude in front of a body device 1. A winding part 22a of a torsion coil spring 22 is inserted into a shaft part 21a of a bracket 21 fixed on the movable panel 4, and both arm parts 22b and 22c of the torsion coil spring 22 are fitted to the bracket 21 and the slide base 7, and thereby the movable plate 4 is energized to the vertical direction by a spring load of the torsion coil spring 22. Even when the movable panel 4 is turned from the tilt attitude to a maximum upright angle exceeding 90°, the torsion coil spring 22 energizes the movable panel 4 further to the vertical direction.
