A three-part system has (i) an electrically drivable rocker/seesaw motor (13) and (ii) a battery exchange or replacement station (3) and (iii) a generator (12) mechanically coupled to the rocker motor (13). These constituent parts are connected in a loop i.e. the generator current is conducted back to the rocker motor (13).
