PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a continuously-variable transmission in a motorcycle capable of making a motorcycle travel in a appropriate state in response to travelling resistance caused by a road slope and weight of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The controller for controlling the continuously-variable transmission 30 of the motorcycle 10 is provided with a throttle opening sensor 17 detecting an opening of a throttle valve 14, a vehicle speed sensor 18, an engine rotation sensor 27, a secondary seep rotary sensor 39, a basic speed-change ratio calculation block 41, and a speed change ratio compensation amount calculation block 42. A speed change ratio of the continuously-variable transmission 30 is controlled by a basic speed change ratio in which the basic speed change ratio calculation block 41 calculates from detected values detected by the throttle opening sensor 17 and the vehicle speed sensor 18 and a speed change ratio compensation amount calculated by the speed change ratio compensation amount calculation block 42 from respective detected values detected by the engine rotation sensor 27 and the secondary seep rotary sensor 39.
