PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the security of a document managing system. SOLUTION: A document registering system 4 receives and stores document data from a composite apparatus 1 in a document managing system 2. It holds designated keywords and determines whether or not the keywords are contained in the received document data. If determining that the keywords are contained in the document data as the result, it does not store the document data in the document managing system 2 but temporarily stores the data in the document registering system 4, and informs a manager of the document registering system 4 that the document data are not stored in the document managing system 2. If the keywords are contained in the document data, it stores the data in the document registering system 4 and informs the manager of the document registering system 4 that those document data containing the keywords have been stored in the document managing system 2.
