<p>The invention relates to a device which is used to count shots (12) fired by an automatic firearm (11) comprising a breech housing a cartridge which can be ejected through a hole. The inventive device comprises a first emission means which emits a continuous electromagnetic signal such that it is interrupted when a cartridge case, corresponding to a spent cartridge, is ejected from the breech. The shot-counting device can monitor the number of cartridge cases ejected from the breech of the firearm (11) through the aforementioned hole and display on a screen the corresponding number of bullets still available in the magazine (13) which is mounted in the firearm (11).</p> |
