<p>The invention relates to a device for screwing in and out threaded assembling where there are necessary high force couples, said device being hydraulically driven and used, for instance, for high pressure boiers in steam power plants, for presses and equipments in metallurgic industry, winches and cranes, for ship-building etc. The device for screwing in and out threaded assembling that needs to be driven by high force couples and that is provided with a hydraulically driven subassembly and a subassembly for driving threaded pieces, comprises a hydraulic cylinder (C) mounted in a body (1), the hydraulic cylinder being provided with a plunger (2) that pushes a rod (5) enabling the rotation at a certain preset angle (alpha) of a drive (7), provided at the lower side with an inner crown (c) having some semicylindrical channels (d) that act on some rolls (8), maintained in some semicylindrical pockets (e) of a hub (9) by means of some springs (10), inside the hub (9) there being provided a central six-angled hole (f) for driving a threaded assembly element to be screwed in and out, the hydraulic cylinder (C) being coupled to a rotative connection (16) for the inlet-outlet of the hydraulic liquid through some channels (h and i) that enable the active and withdrawing stroke of the plunger (2), when, due to the semicylindrical channels (d) on the lower crown (c) of the drive (7), the rolls (8) are retracted in the crown channels (d) enabling the drive to return to initial position without rotating the hub (9).</p> |
