PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DMA control device having an adjustment circuit capable of determining priority orders for executing DMA transfer of a plurality of ports, performing interruptive execution of DMA transfer of a port with high priority order and executing DMA transfer of a port with low priority order to which the interruption is performed without perfectly interrupting it. SOLUTION: In this DMA control device having a plurality of DMA control parts for selectively controlling data transfer of data received by each port, when data are received from a port corresponding to the other DMA control part during a transfer control of data using any one of the DMA control parts, and the transfer of data from the port corresponding to the other DMA control part is preferentially performed, the data transfer control by the other DMA control part is preferentially performed, and the data transfer control by the other DMA control is interrupted at predetermined intervals to continue the data transfer control by the DMA control part which is performing the transfer control of data.
