<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trouble solving device for automatically executing the change of information items or instantaneous classification. <P>SOLUTION: This trouble solving device is provided with a classifying part 102 for judging and classifying similarity for a trouble case document where any trouble is generated, a menu preparing part 104 for integrating the trouble case document classified by the classifying part 102 into menus according to a prescribed rule, an access control part 106 for transmitting the menus prepared by the menu preparing part 104 to access terminal equipment and for displaying the menus on the display picture of the access terminal equipment. The stored trouble case document is integrated into the menus, and transmitted to the access terminal equipment.
