PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium feeding/delivering device that has a feeding guide and delivery guide of simple constitution and can always stably feed and deliver a medium, and a recording device. SOLUTION: The feeding guide 210 and delivery guide 220 that are arranged in a feeding tray 201 and delivery tray 202 near a feed roller 142 and delivery roller 155 and guide the medium are interconnected by a connecting member 230 through a slit 202a formed in the delivery tray 202 so that the feeding guide 210 and delivery guide 220 interlock with each other. Thus, the feeding guide and delivery guide integrated by the connecting member can be arranged near the feed roller and delivery roller and on the back side of the feeding tray and delivery tray, so that the feeding guide and delivery guide are small and have high operability and low material cost.
