PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of flatness of an attachment surface 26 of a rotation side flange 15 with accompanying press fit of each stud 9 to each through hole 27 at a low cost. SOLUTION: The attachment surface 26 is abutted on an abutment surface 31 of a jig 29 and is pressed against a side surface 37 of the rotation side flange 15 by holding jigs 35a, 35b. The attachment surface 26 is deformed with following an uneven part 33 formed on the abutment surface 31. The uneven part 33 has a shape considering deformation amount at a time of press fit of each stud 9 to each through hole 27, 27. Thus, the stud 9 is press fitted in the through hole under a condition that the abutment surface 26 is deformed. Consequently, deformation of the attachment surface 26 at a time of press fit of the stud 9 is offset to suppress deterioration of flatness of the attachment surface 26.
