PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an output torque by the rotating driving of a pile to a set torque or less without increasing the number of rotations of a motor. SOLUTION: This construction control device comprises rotatingly press-fitting means 13 and 14 press-fitting the pile 9 into a dug body while rotating the pile, a torque detection means 21 detecting the rotatingly driving torque T of the pile 9 by the rotatingly press-fitting means 13 and 14, and control means 36, 37, and 42 controlling the rotatingly press-fitting means 13 and 14 so that a digging resistance caused between the pile 9 and the dug body becomes small when the rotatingly driving torque T detected by the torque detection means 21 becomes a specified value (0.8×TO) or higher.
