<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic photographing apparatus for making it possible to confirm an image after photographing light quantity change before photographing. <P>SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic photographing apparatus is provided with a visible illumination means for illuminating the fundus oculi of an eye to be examined with visible light, a visible image pickup means for picking up a fundus oculi image illuminated by the visible illumination means, a visible illumination light quantity change means for changing the illumination light quantity of the visible illumination means, an infrared illumination means for illuminating the fundus oculi of the eye to be examined with infrared light, an infrared image pickup means for picking up the fundus oculi image illuminated by the infrared illumination means, and an infrared illumination light quantity change means for changing the illumination light quantity of the infrared illumination means on the basis of change contents by the visible illumination light quantity change means. Since an infrared observation light quantity is also changed to be the comparable light quantity together with the change of the photographing light quantity, quality relating to the light quantity in the case that photographing is performed at a present photographing light quantity value is judged without performing actual photographing, processing is quickened, and burdens on a patient are reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
