<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new stimulation presentation system and to provide the stimulation presentation system capable of appropriately presenting stimulations corresponding to the mental state of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The stimulation presentation system 10 is provided with a computer 12 and DBs 30-36 are connected to the computer 12. The computer 12 detects the activity state of the user on the basis of image data from cameras 14 and 16, sound data from a microphone 18 and on/off state data from an activity state detector 22. The mental state of the user is detected on the basis of the image data from the cameras 14 and 16 and physiological information data from a physiological information detector 20.
