PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of skinning during a dope storage. SOLUTION: A space 91a between a lid 92 and a tank body bottom 91b is evacuated before dope is stored. The heat insulation temperature of a tank body 91 is maintained at about 30°C by using a heat insulation machine 95. The dope 23 using methyl acetate for a main solvent is fed into the tank body 91 from an opening 91c via a three-way valve 94. A feeding flow rate is set to be about 0.5 m<SP>3</SP>/min. After a predetermined amount of the dope 23 is poured, the lid 92 is fixed by a fixing tool 96. No vapor phase part is present when pouring the dope 23 in the tank 91. The temperature of the tank 91 is regulated by the heat insulation machine 95. The solvent of the dope 23 is not volatilized during the storage, and the generation of skinning can be suppressed.
