PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel thermoplastic elastomer composition which has good physical properties, is excellent in rubbery elasticity, high-temperature creep performance, and moldability in an extensive temperature range and, though containing a thermoplastic elastomer, is excellent in oil resistance, heat resistance, and fuel oil resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition is one comprising (A) a (meth)acrylic block copolymer, (B) a compound having at least two amino groups in the molecule, (C) a thermoplastic resin, and (D) a plasticizer, wherein the (meth)acrylic block copolymer (A) is composed of (A1) (meth)acrylic polymer blocks and (A2) acrylic polymer blocks, where at least a polymer block of either type has at least one acid anhydride group in its main chain, and (meth)acrylic block copolymer (A) is dynamically crosslinked with compound (B) in the thermoplastic resin (C).
