PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool each semiconductor radiation detector to enhance detection precision for a radiation. SOLUTION: The each semiconductor radiation detector 20 is cooled by heat conductance through a heat conductive substrate 20A. In addition, the each semiconductor radiation detector is cooled by a cooling medium filled or supplied to a heat insulating body 30 covering the each semiconductor radiation detector 20.
