PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective plate made of a hard material which can easily be attached to and detached from an existent bed side fence and with which a little child sleeping on a baby crib can have a good sleep without being violated. SOLUTION: This protective plate is provided with a plurality of attaching holes on the upper part and lower part of places to be both sides of respective fences constituting the side face fence of the baby crib. Thus, the protective plate manufactured from the hard material is easily attached and detached without opening an unneeded space to the established side face fence of the baby crib by cable tie, a string, or a freely detachable attaching metal fitting or the like.
