PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper change caring apparatus in a simple structure for easily changing the diaper of a person to be cared such as a sick person or an aged person. SOLUTION: The diaper change caring apparatus is constituted of a leg hanging frame body provided with a leg hanging part, a base body to which the leg hanging frame body is connected so as to be freely inverted, and an erection support mechanism for the leg hanging frame body. The erection support mechanism is provided between the leg hanging frame body and the base body so as to horizontally position the leg hanging part and support the leg hanging frame body in an erected state at a desired angle to the base body. At the time of use, after arranging the leg hanging frame body so as to position the leg hanging part under both knees of the person to be cared who is lying on his/her back, the leg part of the person to be cared is lifted under the state of hanging both knees to the leg hanging part, and the erected leg hanging frame body is supported by the erection support mechanism under the desired erected state.
