摘要 This invention aims to eliminate problems of food products from processed meat such as tough meat, severe shrinkage, and severe dripping as a result of heating, by proposing a new and innovative production method. This new method is achieved by preparing an ingredient stock at low temperature and then freezing the result. Then knead and mold the ingredient stock together with frozen meat, which is the principal ingredient, at a temperature -2 to -5 degree Celsius. Continuous production line is applicable to this method.
