PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a waterproof composite covering body having an excellent waterproof performance such as draining properties, weather resistance, water resistance or the like, an excellent heat-insulating performance and an excellent appearance such as a smoothness, and capable of simply and efficiently conducting a lining and sufficiently inhibiting a fear of generating a hindrance on sanitary aspects by sufficiently reducing the emission quantity of formaldehyde. SOLUTION: In the method for constructing the waterproof composite covering body, at least an inclined heat-insulating layer 2, a sheathing roof-board layer 3, a fiber-reinforced resin layer 4 and a finishing material layer 5 are laminated on a base body 1 in the order. In the method, the fiber-reinforced resin layer is composed of a cold-curable resin composition containing unsaturated polyester having a double bonding power value of 300 to 1,800, a polymerizable monomer and cycloaliphatic amine. In the method, a tensile strength in a cured substance is larger than 10 MPA, and a tensile elongation percentage is larger than 10% in the cold curable resin composition.
