PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for arranging a vertical reinforcement, which enables the vertical reinforcement to be efficiently arranged without dangerous elevated level work and which can be easily carried out in a prefabrication site and the like because its is compact. SOLUTION: A template 2, where a plurality of insertion holes 1 are provided at predetermined vertical and horizontal intervals, is vertically erected; a base end retainer member 4, which is turnably supported in a vertical section orthogonal to a plurality of crosspieces 3 provided at predetermined intervals, is arranged in such a manner as to face the undersurface side of the template 2, in a vertically rotated state; each of the vertical reinforcements A is laid between each of the insertion holes 1 of the laterally-facing template 2 and each of the cross pieces 3 of the member 4 which is vertically formed like a shelf, so that the side of its leading end can be prevented from coming off from each of the insertion holes 1; the member 4 is horizontally rotated when the template 2 is horizontally lifted up, so that the base end side of each of the vertical reinforcements A can be naturally extracted from the top of each of the crosspieces 3; and the respective vertical reinforcements A are hung down at predetermined vertical and horizontal intervals for the arrangement of the respective vertical reinforcements A, so as to be capable of being efficiently arranged without the dangerous elevated level work.
