PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition of N-(1-octyl-5-carboxymethyl-4,6-dimethylindolin-7-yl)-2,2-dimethylpropanamide or its pharmacologically acceptable salt which excels in stability. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition comprises N-(1-octyl-5-carboxymethyl-4,6-dimethylindolin-7-yl)-2,2-dimethylpropanamide or its pharmacologically acceptable salt and, as a pharmacologically acceptable stabilizer, an antioxidant, an acidic compound or a mixture thereof.
