<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus-fixing structure that can simply and easily carry out installation work and that can reduce the protruding amount of an apparatus from an installation surface. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus-fixing structure is provided with a mounting base 2 that is fixed on the installation surface M; a pair of bearings 10 formed on both ends of the mounting base; a storage portion 3 provided on the back surface of an apparatus body; a pair of rotating shafts 14, 15 arranged on both ends of the apparatus body, in such a way as to be freely rotatable and freely movable in the axial direction; and bearing-fixing portions 16, 17, that are provided on the rotating shafts and engaged with the bearings.
