<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cool keeping condition monitoring device capable of presenting the degree of damage of any article of goods to a customer who receives the goods contained in a cool keeping box at the entrance of his home. <P>SOLUTION: The cool keeping condition monitoring device 30 measures the temperature of goods accommodated in the cool keeping box at regular intervals, and on the basis of the obtained temperature, increases the numerical value to represent the degree of damage of each article of goods each time the temperature meets the first condition, the second condition, and the third condition.
