PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid film or a sheet having good film-forming stability and excellent matte properties. SOLUTION: The single-layer matte film or sheet is characterized as comprising a mixture of 45-97.5 wt.% of a polylactic acid resin (A), 2-40 wt.% of starch (B) and 0.5-15 wt.% of a plasticizer (C).
