PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handleability of a level gage, and to prevent damage or fracture of a bubble type level vial built in the level gage body. SOLUTION: At least one or more handle 2 is mounted on the level gage 1 with a plurality of built-in bubble type level vials 4, 5 for measuring the horizontal or vertical state of a measuring object. The handle 2 is constituted of an approximately U-shaped grip part 2a and a support plate 2b for supporting its leg part, and the support plate 2b is mounted on the surface facing to a measuring reference surface of the level gage 1.
