PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus which has a simple structure and strong cleaning ability and is manufactured at a low cost and in which dry treatment is adopted to produce no waste liquid and the reattachment of floating particles is prevented. SOLUTION: This cleaning apparatus has a static electricity generating means for generating static electricity, an external static voltage impressing means for applying the static electricity generated by the static electricity generating means to a powder housing vessel to electrify the powder housing vessel and a sucking mechanism for sucking the powder floating in the powder housing vessel. |
