PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing vibrationproof rubber capable of keeping excellent strength and realizing high damping properties and low dynamic spring characteristics. SOLUTION: The method for producing vibrationproof rubbers comprises preparing a diene rubber forming a matrix as the sea phase and a rubber composition comprising following (A) to (C) as the essential components, kneading the diene rubber with the rubber composition, simultaneously vulcanizing not to vulcanize with the (B) component but to vulcanize only the (A) component so as to disperse the vulcanized (A) component in the unvulcanized diene rubber, then, compounding a vulcanizer for diene rubbers to the kneaded matter under such conditions to vulcanize the unvulcanized diene rubber, and, thereby, obtaining the vibrationproof rubber by dispersing an island phase composed mainly of the vulcanizate of the (A) component in the matrix composed mainly of valcanized diene rubber. (A): A vulcanizable rubber based on functional groups and forming the island phase. (B): A vulcanizer for vulcanizable rubbers based on functional groups. And (C): a liquid polymer.
