Process and assembly to decant wine from a vat to a container e.g. bottle driven by air or pure oxygen

A process to accelerate the decanting of wine (1), in which air or pure oxygen is discharged (5) at atmospheric pressure through an outlet prior to introduction into the wine, is new. An independent claim is also included for a decanting assembly in which the wine passes via a ventilator, gas pump or gas valve through a dielectric chamber, driven by air or pure oxygen at atmospheric pressure, to a container (2).
