Disclosed is a probe unit of a flat display panel tester in which a needle assembly of the probe unit is attached to and detached from a head of a main body in a snap-in-coupling manner. The probe unit of a flat display panel tester includes a needle assembly, a connector, a main body in which a head is mounted to a probe frame by a buffering device, and an attaching/detaching device, provided between the needle assembly and the head, for sliding the needle assembly into the head so as to attach and detach the needle assembly to and from the head in a snap-in-coupling manner. |
