<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a survey system, and a survey management server registered with a significance level of a statistical assay, statistically assaying survey results in sequence to carry out sampling from a population until the significance level is satisfied, and automatically ending the survey when a survey result satisfying the significance level is obtained in the statistical assay. <P>SOLUTION: An input terminal control part 21 selects one piece of customer information from survey object data, and it records survey results sent as a result of a survey carried out on the basis of the selected customer information in survey result data. A dialing instructing part 22 controls a telephone switchboard so as to connect a telephone line to the customer selected by the input terminal control part 21. A statistical assay part 24 determines whether or not the preset significance level has been reached in accordance with a predetermined arithmetic expression on the basis of the number of populations recorded in customer data, the number of samples recorded in survey result data, and a survey result.
