PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save time and effort for supplying video image sources, and to facilitate management of the video image sources, in a video mixer for performing processing or the like of video images of a plurality of systems. SOLUTION: One video image source wherein four moving images(moving image A, moving image B, moving image C, moving image D) are simultaneously recorded in one frame is used. The same video signals by one video image source are inputted into a plurality of video image input channels of a video mixer respectively. Concerning a moving image selected in each video image input channel, video images are enlarged and sectioned respectively.
