PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone apparatus, the microphone case of which supports a microphone unit via a shock mount that attains sureness of supporting the microphone unit and improves the assemblability. SOLUTION: In the microphone apparatus including a unit mounter 30 to which the microphone unit 40 is mounted; and a support bracket 20 installed at a side of the microphone case, wherein the unit mounter 30 is supported by the support bracket 20 via a vibration-absorbing means (shock mount) 34, the unit mounter 30 includes a base 31, having a coupling part 33 to the support bracket 20, and the base 31 and the coupling part 33, and the thin shock mount 34 arranged between them are integrally formed by an elastic material exhibiting rubber elasticity.
