PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify the communication channels between the identical systems regardless of the number of conference participation terminals of each system in the conference call between systems. SOLUTION: There are provided a means in which a system belonging to a conference convocation terminal holds a conference group ID for transmitting to other systems when the conference call is set, a means for allowing each system to register the conference convocation terminal number of an own system and the communication channel number between the systems in a storage for each conference group ID, a means for allowing each system to refer to the storage before the conference call is established to confirm that there are a plurality of communication channels registered corresponding to the conference group ID between the identical systems, a means for allowing each system to perform update for deleting the registration of other communication channels except one communication channel when a plurality of channels have been registered, and a means for allowing each system to connect the updated conference participation terminal of the storage and the communication channel to the port of a conference trunk.
