PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the air-conditioning structure of electrical equipment, of which the back-plane (on which equipment are mounted) will not impede air flow through the housing. SOLUTION: A housing 10, 40 for mounting an electrical equipment 30 therein, the housing comprising at least one horizontal positioned mounting surface 12, 42, wherein the mounting surface (mounting plane) positioned in between the top and the bottom of the housing; and a means 13 for accepting electrical components positioned thereon. As a result of this, air flows between opposing vertical walls 101, 103 of the housing, and along the plane of the mounting surface, without traversing bends (bending, without flowing).
